Information and facilities
The holiday farm is located in a green and quiet area within a few minutes drive from all amenities.
All apartments are completely furnished and equipped with fixed line phones, LCD TVs, satellite channels. The beds and bathrooms are provided with linens and towels. Each bathroom is equipped with hair dryer and welcome courtesy set and toilet paper offered upon arrival. Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and is free of charge. The kitchens are fully equipped (including microwave and American coffee machine). A cot for babies/child's bed is available upon request. Drinking (potable) water, both cold and warm, available in all apartments. Coin-operated laundry facilities at your complete disposal. Free outdoor sheltered parking. You can also enjoy the stunning well-tended garden offering a shared swimming pool and the BBQ area. Garden furniture and sunbeds available for each apartment.
Pets are welcome. An additional fee of € 10 per week will be applied.

CHECK-OUT Not later than 10 am.
Payment at arrival and cash deposit of € 100 that will be refunded at check-out unless to return the apartment in the same conditions at which it has been received. On departure, fridge and cooking area must be left clean and empty. Washed plates, pots and kitchenware must be stored in the cupboard. We even kindly ask all guests to remove garbage before departure, otherwise an extra cleaning fee of € 25 will be charged.
Heating in winter is considered as an extra ( € 4,5/m3).
Guests are required to show a valid identity card with photo or passport upon check-in.
